European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for EU withdrawal right returns: If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item is defective or we have sent you an incorrect item, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost. Returns & Cancellations

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

Self-Serve Returns You can initiate a return directly from your order confirmation page or account. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to check eligibility and submit your return request. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Self-Serve Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. To cancel, visit your order page and select "Cancel order." Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Countries and regions outside the European Union

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have within 7 days after the package delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Personal care goods (such as beauty products) that have been opened or unsealed (for hygiene reasons). Unopened and sealed personal care products remain eligible for return under our standard return policy and, for EU customers, under the 14-day right of withdrawal. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. For customers in the European Union, sale items remain eligible for return under the 14-day right of withdrawal, regardless of whether they were purchased at a discounted price.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Cancel Policy

(1). Order within 24 hours of payment, we will cancel the order and refund it fully for you.

(2). Order within 2 days of payment but not shipping, we can cancel the order and refund 90% of the total amount since our staff has picked up the product and packed the parcel at that time, except that, maybe the parcel has been sent to the shipping company’s warehouse.

(3). Order with shipping, sorry that we can not cancel the order. Please understand.

2. Refund the difference
(1) Order within 1 day of payment, we can refund you the price difference.

(2) Order over 1 day of payment, or order shipped, we cannot refund the corresponding price difference.

note: Usually our event promotions will be sent to customers who subscribe to us via email. There will also be corresponding posters on the homepage of the website. The promotion bar at the top of the website will display event information. Please pay attention in time.
2. Event discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts. Please compare carefully before choosing a discount to place an order.

3. Return Policy

(1). You do not need to return it if the product arrives spoiled or damaged, please send us some photos, we will resend or refund it after checking your photos. 

(2). If the item is unused and of good quality within 30 days you receive the parcel, and you are unhappy with the product for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange other products after receiving the returned parcel. Please email us first before returning the parcel, it is helpful to receive the parcel successfully.

(3). Please noticed that we only accept prepaid packages, and we do not accept any C.O.D.
